  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays


  • Meet with potential wedding clients for consultations
  • Conduct menu tastings for wedding couples
  • Build estimates for wedding receptions to aid couple’s planning
  • Manage a small staff of catering servers and/or bartenders during events
  • Oversee cold food prep and set up at catering venues
  • Maintain (and improve) good relationships with venues and other vendors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Keep events moving according to established timeline
  • Exceed customer expectations and maintain 5 star reputation
  • Work day-to-day catering office in between wedding client communications and booking
